From the Managing Director’s Desk

At ICSSR Journals & Consultancy Services, our journey of over five years has been guided by a singular vision—to strengthen India’s social science and civil society ecosystem through integrity, transparency, and professional excellence.

In today’s rapidly evolving academic and social development landscape, institutions, researchers, and NGOs face increasing challenges in maintaining compliance, ensuring publication quality, and meeting regulatory requirements. Many promising ideas and impactful research initiatives struggle not due to lack of merit, but due to procedural complexities, documentation gaps, and administrative barriers. It is this gap that ICSSR Journals & Consultancy Services was established to bridge.

We believe that research should focus on knowledge creation, and social organizations should focus on societal transformation—not on navigating confusing processes or unclear compliance systems. Our role is to act as a reliable professional partner, offering structured, ethical, and end-to-end support in academic publishing, journal management, NGO compliance, certifications, and project documentation.

Our organization is built on three core pillars:

Transparency – Clear processes, defined timelines, and honest pricing without hidden conditions.
Quality – High standards in documentation, publication ethics, and compliance accuracy.
Commitment – Timely delivery and continuous guidance at every stage of the workflow.

Through a fully guided digital process, we ensure that every client—whether a research scholar, academic institution, journal editor, or NGO—receives personalized attention and step-by-step support. Beyond technical services, we assist organizations in building a credible institutional identity through branding support, structured documentation, and growth-oriented consultancy.

Our mission extends beyond service delivery. We are committed to promoting ethical research practices, credible publications, and accountable social-sector operations that align with national development goals. By empowering scholars and institutions with professional support, we contribute to a stronger, more reliable, and globally respected Indian research and NGO ecosystem.

I warmly invite researchers, academicians, journal teams, and social organizations to partner with us. Together, let us ensure that ideas translate into impact, research leads to policy relevance, and social initiatives achieve sustainable outcomes.

With best wishes for your academic and institutional growth,

Adv. V. K. Singh
Managing Director
International Council for Social and Scientific Research (ICSSR),
